Holiday house with four individual apartments, with a green garden, a terrace and some with a private balcony, right by the beach on the Croatian island of Hvar

The holiday house with four individual, independent apartments is in a little village surrounded by greenery, just 50 metres from the pebbled beach of the Adriatic.

The apartments have air conditioning and are on the ground floor, first and second floor. Each apartment has heating and free wireless Internet access. A children’s bed can be booked in addition. A highchair can be provided free of charge.

Outside on the fenced site there is a garden for the use of all guests and there is also a 20m² shared terrace with a table, chairs and a grill. Each apartment has a parking space on site. Pets are allowed. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine in the house, which can be used by all guests.

It is just 50 metres to the pebbled beach. Guests who prefer a sandy beach can find one just 400 metres away. There are various shops, as well as tourist information, restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets in the surrounding towns such as Vrboska (about 1km) and Jelsa (2km). Or you can hire a car, boat, bike or moped there to explore the island. There are several ferry crossings a day to the neighbouring islands, where you can go on a day trip.

This 110m² holiday villa is suitable for four people.

The living room opens onto the 80m² terrace with a table and chairs, shaded by an awning, so you can enjoy meals outdoors. There are also sun loungers for sunbathing.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a built-in cupboard and a private, modern daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double washbasin, a towel radiator and a WC. The other bedroom provides two single beds (each 80 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, towel radiator, WC, washing machine and dryer. The generous, open kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a big, extendable dining table with chairs. A couple of steps lead to the dining space in the living room, with a wooden table and chairs and a heating stove. The living room provides a suite and satellite TV.
