The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT -Check out before 12pm -Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following -Take out the trash and place trash can on sidewalk
-Load and start the dishwasher. - Place all used towels in a pile and if possible start a load of white towels -Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances. - Close and lock all windows/doors
-Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found unsatisfactory. - Renters will be charged for any missing items -Notify the property manager if something breaks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking inside the home - Events, parties, and large gatherings are considered with prior homeowner approval. Please refrain from using confetti
-Start-up complimentary items are not provided throughout the entire duration of your stay.
- Please take trash cans to the road on Monday and Thursday
