Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so happy you enjoyed the cabin and look forward to hosting you again soon! - Vacana

Thank you so much for the lovely review! We’re thrilled the home was a perfect fit for your family and that your husband was able to enjoy a relaxing Father’s Day getaway. We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re so glad you had such a wonderful stay! And yes, that driveway can definitely be a little intimidating—LOL! We hope to welcome you and your family back again soon! - Vacana

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We’re truly glad to hear you and your family enjoyed the cabin, the games, and the entertainment — and it means a lot to know your kids loved it so much. We completely understand how concerning the flooding situation on Lukfata Fork Trail must have been, especially with rain in the forecast. Safety is always a priority, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We will work on making alternative route information more clearly available for future guests. The driveway can definitely feel steep, particularly in wet conditions, and we understand how that could be intimidating. Regarding the beds, we are very sorry to hear they were uncomfortable for you. Mattress comfort can be subjective, but this is the first complaint we’ve received about them. We will absolutely inform the owners and take a closer look into the issue to see what improvements can be made. We never want a guest’s sleep to impact their stay, and we’re truly sorry it led to you leaving early. We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback and are so glad that, aside from these concerns, you enjoyed your time at the cabin. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, especially the A/C drain line leak and the difficulty reaching our team. We understand how frustrating and disruptive that must have been, particularly with your children needing to sleep downstairs. We’re addressing the maintenance issue and will also review our after-hours communication procedures to help ensure guests can get timely assistance when urgent issues arise. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. - Vacana
