The apartment is renovated in spring 2025 and is located on the ground floor of a 4-story building. The large bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a large bed for 2 people, a dressing room and a flat-screen TV. The small bedroom is equipped with a 90cm wide bed, extendable up to 140cm, a wardrobe and a work desk. The spacious living room with open space kitchen, with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, microwave and other small appliances. The bathroom is modern and equipped with disposable hotel products. The apartment does not have a balcony and smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
