This detached 4-star holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the town, in a quiet location in a side street with little traffic in the village of Vilanija. Pool 7.5m x 4m water depth 1.10m - 1.45m
The entire house is on 2 floors with a basement and has a living area of approx. 300 m². The entire furnishing is very modern and corresponds to the European, somewhat higher standard. The ground floor offers a fully furnished bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a very large couch and a relaxation corner for reading and relaxing, a flat screen TV (incl. satellite TV) and 2 air conditioning units. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet. The upper floor also offers just over 100 m² of living space. This includes 2 bedrooms (one of which has a TV (incl. satellite TV)) with double beds and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and a small dining table with 4 chairs. In the adjoining open-plan living area, there is a very large double bed with sideboard and a shelf, and so that it does not get too hot, there are also 2 further air conditioning units available here. The basement consists of an entrance hall. A bathroom with shower and washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed and a separate single bed (suitable for a couple with a child).
On the ground floor, 1 air conditioning unit is installed in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. On the upper floor there are 2 more air conditioners (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom).
Up to 3 pets (dogs) are allowed in the house, but the pets are not allowed in the beds, on the sofa and in the pool.
On the large terrace (which is accessible from the ground floor) you can sunbathe and sip a drink on the two garden loungers and two small tables. The upper floor also has a slightly smaller terrace with a wooden table and two chairs. This terrace is accessible from the living area and a bedroom. For cosy hours there is a barbecue with garden furniture in the garden, the associated fully equipped summer kitchen which is equipped with electric cooker, oven and dishwasher can be used. If it rains, you don't have to do without the barbecue, because you can sit together in the summer kitchen, which is furnished with beautiful rattan furniture. The property is completely fenced, from the street you can drive to the 3 parking spaces which are right in front of the main entrance. There is also a closed garage. As there is very little traffic on the road, the house is also ideal for children and dogs. The property is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are steps on one side of the house and from the terrace to the garden seating area. If required, a travel cot, cot, high chair or paddling pool can be set up for younger guests. The distance to the beach of the Stella Maris holiday complex is approx. 5 km and to the sandy beach of Zambratija 7 km. The latter is easily accessible by car. The car can be parked approx. 200 m from the beach. Various paved or stony paths lead there. For smaller errands you will find a small corner shop in Petrovija, which is 2 km away from Vilanija. There are various supermarkets and restaurants in the centre of Umag and in the surrounding area. Vilanija is a small suburb about 4 kilometres from Umag.
