This small country house is located on a 20.000 m2 finca with olive and almond trees in the mountains of Finestrat, below the Puig Campana Mountain with an elevation of 1406 m, the region's landmark, embedded into the romantic valley of El Realet, about 5 km from the town centre of Finestrat.

The 500 m2 exterior boasts a garden with a wooden shed, several patios with seating arrangements, a barbecue and a small outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a private pool.

The 70 m2 house has two bedrooms (one with a double, one with two single beds), a living room with satellite television and a radio, Wi-Fi, a fully loaded kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, a 4 burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a vacuum cleaner etc., and a bathroom with a spacious shower. This property offers peace and quiet and different activities. Just outside your front door is a circular walkway (6.5 km) ideal for running, walking and bicycling. In the vicinity you can find mountain bike trails of differing lengths and difficulty levels (1.5 - 6 hours). Some go up to the top of Puig Campana from where you can enjoy a 360 degree view all the way to Ibiza on clear days. It is about 12km to the beach and 5 km into town.
