This tastefully furnished holiday villa lies in the picturesque Dalmatian village Medici along the sunny Adriatic coast, about 12km below the town Omis.

One of the upstairs bedrooms has direct access to a balcony, while the upstairs living room opens onto the roof terrace with garden furniture and a tree providing shade. The private pool down below has a metal ladder to facilitate entry. There is also a grill area here for leisurely holiday meals outdoors. A little annex right by the house has a third bathroom (fitted the same as the other two), as well as a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. You can park your car securely in front of the house on the enclosed site.

The holiday villa with 150m² of living space is spread over two floors. Both floors are set up as a complete holiday apartment, providing ideal accommodation if you would like to spend your holiday with family or a group of friends, whilst still retaining some privacy. The upper and lower floors each have a living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The lower floor has three bedrooms, while the upper floor has two bedrooms. The air-conditioned (cooling and heating) living rooms provide comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with chairs. The two kitchens are fully-equipped with a dishwasher, stove (one ceramic hob and one four-zone electric hob), an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All five bedrooms in the house are furnished with a double bed (one measuring 180 x 200cm, four measuring 160 x 200cm). The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided on arrival and the reliable wireless Internet connection is included in the rental price.

Your holiday villa is about 150 metres from the sea. The nearest shops, cafes and restaurants are within 500 metres. The town Omis 12km away by the Cetina River, with its famous “pirate’s castle” Mirabella, is definitely worth a visit. It is about 37km to the Mediterranean metropolis Split.
