Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.

Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.

Guests at Casa Rosamar live in a townhouse that is attached on both sides and has been extensively renovated with biological and ecological aspects in mind. The flat is located on the 1st floor and does not have its own balcony or terrace. On the 3rd floor of Casa Rosamar there is a roof terrace, which is available to all guests of the house. From there you can see over the neighbouring houses to the Orotota valley and the Teide on one side and the sea and Puerto de la Cruz on the other.
