APARTMENT in absolutely quiet DREAM LOCATION, away from any traffic, but centrally located, pools, tennis, sunbathing lawns, kilometre-long sandy beach right on the doorstep, approx. 10 metres away complete infrastructure, simply everything available. NOT A HIGH-RISE FLAT!!! SEA VIEWS from the flat and from the terrace! As good as new beach flat fully furnished and maintained, 1 terrace approx. 10 m² off the living room, with seating, table and parasol 1 kitchen, open with large fridge with freezer, Zerrann hob, oven, dishwasher microwave, toaster, electric coffee machine and "espresso" Spanish, kettle, hand blender 1 dining area with large table 1 bedroom with a bed 1.80m x 2.00m for 2-pers. 1 sofa bed in the living room folds out for 2 people. 1 living room 1 TV, 1 radio, 1 alarm clock (on request) 1 bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower, small hairdryer on request. Radiant heater above the door, washing machine, clothes horse & laundry basket, . Ironing board & simple iron, mop with bucket and broom with shovel 1 SAFE in the parents' bedroom CEILING VENTILATOR in the living room & in the parents' bedroom In winter with electric radiators in the living room & in the parents' bedroom AIR CONDITIONING in the living room and in the bedroom, the use of which is subject to a surcharge. The flat is barrier-free, but does not correspond to the usual dimensions for a wheelchair user, the shower plate is slightly raised and has shower walls.

The outdoor area is wonderfully overgrown, the residential complex impresses with its green zones, watercourses, the 4 tennis courts located at a sufficient distance and several pools, (although the small pools are not open in the low season.) However, the 50 metre Olympic pool with its large separate children's pool is absolutely sufficient. In winter, the large pool is closed and the COVERED HEATED POOL is open. The sea is of course open all year round, 24 hours a day, so you can jump in at your leisure, even in the winter months.

The equipment is varied, the kitchen is fully equipped, sufficient plates, cups, cutlery, glasses etc. are available, here you normally lack nothing. If you are personally missing something on site or notice something in the flat, PLEASE let us know on site! We will do everything possible to fulfil your wishes as quickly as possible.

The environment, the climate is characterised by the influence of the Sierra Nevada at an altitude of approx. 3,500 metres. This means that the winter is not too cold and the summer not too hot. It is not for nothing that Torrox Costa is called the best climate in Europe. Thanks to the many flat blocks and the low hotel tourism, you also have a functioning, super pleasant infrastructure, even in the off-season! This is not so common in Spain.

The speciality is that they have really small paths, especially to the beach, ideal for families with big and small children. In the front area you will find shopping facilities, a super class supermarket with fresh Spanish fruit, fresh bread rolls and everything your heart desires (with super great opening hours, it is usually also open on Sundays and public holidays), a great boutique with beach fashion, a sports shop, various restaurants, a super great ice cream parlour, a diving school, a gym and physiotherapy, as well as a great vet. There is also a good restaurant by the large pool by the tennis courts. The beach is fine sandy and darker, so it retains the heat longer, so depending on the time of day you may need chanclas to cross it. In front of the water, the beach is sometimes fine sandy and sometimes pebbly, depending on the sea currents. You can take wonderful walks on the beach here, for example in the morning to watch the sunrise or in the evening to see the sunset. Of course, you can also do sport on the promenade or on the beach, which is great for jogging.
