If you love nature and are looking for peace and quiet, then this is the right place for you! It is a lovely, atmospheric wooden house with a new kitchen and new bathroom. After you get here you will not want to leave.

The garden borders the lake with its sandy beach directly, so you can enjoy the water straight from the house. The beach is gently shelved into the water, so it is suitable for children. Fishing enthusiasts will also enjoy it here. The largely natural garden is on different levels and each level has its own atmosphere. There is a garden suite and an awning provides pleasant and consistent shade. Two garden loungers invite you to relax in your favourite place. The lake right by the site is ideal for swimming and splashing around whenever you like. Raspberries, strawberries and blackberries grow in the garden. A round grill is available for use. In the evenings the beach invites you to enjoy a campfire, if the water level is low. You can park right on site.

The house is on two floors. The ground floor has a spacious entrance area, a living room, a kitchen (new, built-in Ikea kitchen) with an electric stove, oven, mini oven, kettle, fridge and dishwasher, and a generous dining space. The modern bathroom was renewed in 2018, it is equipped with shower, sink and toilet as well as underfloor heating and quick heating. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a larger one with three single beds (90 x 200cm) and a fold-out bed (80 x 190cm), and a smaller bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide). There is also a comfortable Ikea sofa bed in the living room for two people (160 x 200cm). The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and WC, as well as a little electric heater. The spacious living room has two sofas and a fauteuil in front of the modern fireplace with a glass window, which heats the living room and the kitchen-diner.

The forest starts behind the house, where you can find mushrooms and blueberries. The cycle path leads right past the site and enables relaxing trips along the idyllic route around the lake, by bike or on roller skates. The Lipno marina is 4km away, where you can hire e.g. sailing boats. The charming little locality of Frymburk is a kilometre away, with two supermarkets, restaurants, shops and everything you need. If you feel like going on a trip, you can visit the world cultural heritage town of Cesky Krumlov 25km away or the magical Hluboka castle 60km away.
