This exclusively furnished vacation home with a unique view is located directly across from the legendary Bay of Nas, in the immediate vicinity of the KALITHEA house. With approximately 55 square meters of living space, the home features an air-conditioned bedroom, a large living room with a kitchen, living, and dining areas, and a bathroom. It is ideal for two people but can also accommodate one or two additional guests thanks to the large sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the kitchen and dining area, the living room features a wood-burning stove and a large pull-out sleeper sofa. The approximately 55-square-meter rooftop terrace is divided into two sections in an “L-shape”: Two awnings are installed in the rear section closest to the house, while a large, adjustable cantilever umbrella provides ample shade on the front and slightly larger part of the terrace.
