About this property
Furnished Whole-Home Extended Stay, 2BR + Office w/ AC
This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath whole home is designed for comfortable extended stays. Ideal for corporate relocations, insurance displacement housing, visiting medical professionals, and families needing space during transitions. The home includes a dedicated office, full kitchen, private outdoor space, and off-street parking in a highly walkable Cincinnati neighborhood.
Built in 1889, this furnished historic home offers spacious rooms, original wood details, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Thoughtfully set up for comfortable 30+ day stays, including remote work. Enjoy a private fenced backyard with firepit, grill, porch, and mature landscaping. Located in walkable Northside - quiet yet close to local dining, UC, and downtown Cincinnati.
The main level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and entryway. The upper level features two bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a second full bathroom. Large windows bring natural light into every space, while original wood floors add warmth and character throughout. The washer and dryer are located in the basement with walkout access to the side yard.
The backyard feels like a personal oasis within a residential part of Northside, with mature landscaping, a fully fenced yard, porch, firepit, and outdoor seating. It’s a comfortable place to unwind, host friends for dinner, or enjoy an evening outside. While the yard offers a sense of retreat, the home is part of a close-knit neighborhood where homes are nearby and community life is friendly and present.
The house is located just down the street from a longtime Northside favorite, The Comet, and about one mile from the neighborhood’s walkable business district with local restaurants, bars, and shops. Northside is known for its eclectic, welcoming, and creative energy. This corner tends to be quieter than the central business district, though occasional neighborhood activity and evening events may be noticeable.
Set within the rolling hills of Northside, the home offers scenic views from several windows and while walking throughout the neighborhood. Please note there are elevation changes in the yard and steps at each entry; the home and outdoor spaces have a lot of character but are not wheelchair accessible.
Additional Notes
This historic home was built in 1889 and retains original features and charm. It is well maintained but does not have the feel of a new-build property.
The second bedroom is currently being refreshed and will include updated furnishings and closet doors prior to your stay. Photos will be updated once complete.
For longer stays, guests are expected to use heating and cooling responsibly. Smart thermostat limits are in place to help protect the home during extreme weather.
Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
Guest access
The entire property is for your use. The attic and garage are owner storage but garage can be used upon request.
