The detached holiday home is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Cala Gonone. The holiday home is situated on a 150 sqm garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking in garage.

Air conditioning. TV reception is via antenna.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 6 m, 3 m deep). The opening of the swimming pool is not guaranteed for the entire season.
