MINI-SPLITS - Mini-Split Remote + Checkout Guide

Each bedroom and the living room has its own mini-split unit for personalized heating and cooling. They`re easy to use once you know a few key tips:

Basic Operation
ON/OFF – Powers the unit on or off

MODE – Cycles between settings:
– ❄️ Snowflake = Cool
– ☀️ Sun = Heat
– 🔁 FAN = Auto heat/cool – Adjusts fan speed

Up/Down Arrows – Adjust the temperature

TURBO – Speeds up cooling or heating

LIGHT (this shows the temperature numbers on the unit ), if it`s to much at light and bothers you just hit the LIGHT button and it`ll turn off.

⚠️ All units must be set to the same mode
To work properly, all four units must be set to the same setting (Cool or Heat Only). For example, if the living room is set to Cool, the bedrooms must also be on Cool. If one is set differently, the system may stop working.
🐶 Dogs are welcome!
We love our four-legged guests.
There`s a $120 pet fee for stays up to 28 days.
If you`re planning a longer stay, just reach out — pricing may vary a bit.
🐾 Have a pet that’s not a dog? Please message us first — we handle that on a case-by-case basis.
To keep things safe and comfortable for everyone:
– No barking or aggressive pups.
– Dogs should be crated when left alone in the cottage.

We like to keep the air fresh for every guest.
If the home smells like smoke after your stay, a $350 cleaning fee may apply.

🌙 Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am
Feel free to unwind and relax — just keep things peaceful during those hours; we don’t want the neighbors getting grumpy!

Be sure to lock all doors and windows anytime you leave or before checking out.
