Our apartment was spacious and clean. Amazing views from the terrace. Plenty of parking and a great swimming pool. The Stubai valley is spectacular and the card enables you access to the cable cars etc which was great. It’s quite a drive out of Innsbruck.

Short ski holiday Kaprun

Absolute fantastic appartment. Plenty space and very nicely located in walking distance for restaurants, bakery, bars and ski lifts. Land lord also extremely welcoming and informative on various practicalities.

Exceptional property

Spotlessly clean large apartment in centre of Kaprun. Easy walk to the ski bus and a little further to the lifts. Parking right outside the apartment excellent communication with the owner who met us at the door although it has a keycode. Everything was first rate and we enjoyed the added luxury of the sauna. Would highly recomend

Recommendable Appartment especially for larger groups

We stayed with two families and many children for our skiing vacaction in this appartment. It is a very spacious and cozy appartment and especially suitable for larger groups as it has separate bath rooms for every bed room and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect with the skiing area in walking distance. The host is very nice, helpful and communication was perfect. Nothing left to say, we'd like to come back at any time.

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden, um den Urlaub perfekt zu machen. Sie liegt im Zentrum von Kaprun und alles ist füssläufig zu erreichen. Eine Woche Winterurlaub mit der gesamten Familie

Hallo an alle Leser,ich kann das Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.Wir waren mit 10 Person hier eine Woche untergebracht.Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Zimmeraufteilung ist für große Gruppen optimal.Das Haus ist super modern ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Es ist zentral gelegen und alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut problemlos und unkompliziert.Alles im Allem hatten wir eine super Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft die 100% zu empfehlen ist.Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub Erwin und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Netter Gastgeber, schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung Auf der Terrasse ein schöner großer Tisch an dem auch 10 Personen Platz finden, ausserdem sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden um auf der Wiese die Sonne zu genießen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Die Skibusse (bis Zell am See und Kitzsteinhorn) fahren wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Perfekte Unterkunft für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kaprun! Erwin war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und dennoch hat man mit dem eigenen Garten, die Möglichkeit es sich im Grünen gemütlich zu machen :)

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kaprun. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, die Skibus-Haltestelle ist nur 50 m entfernt. Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist sehr gut, vor allem der große Raum mit gemütlicher Fernseh-/Sitzecke, großem Esstisch und Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und es ist kein Problem, auch für eine größere Zahl von Personen zu kochen. Die Sauna ist zwar klein, aber natürlich eine sehr angenehme "Zutat". Bei unserem Aufenthalt fielen allerdings die ziemlich durchgelegenen Matratzen auf (nach Auskunft des Vermieters sind die neuen schon bestellt) und wenigstens in einem der Schlafzimmer muss das Reinigungsteam über mehere Wochen vergessen haben, auch unter den Betten sauber zu machen - ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr sauber und in einem tollen Zustand !

Top huis voor familie of groep wintersport

Ruim huis met veel opbergruimte zoals kapstokken, skihok met verwarmde kapstok voor schoenen. 3 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer(douche, wc en wasmeubel) en aparte badkamer voor de kamer met stapelbedden die is met 1 bad en sauna. Midden in het centrum van Kaprun. Op loopafstand van de bushalte en ook de loopafstand van maiskogel baan (10min) wat een leuke wandeling langs het water en kerkje is. Kan ook met de bus uiteraard. Supermarkt ook op loopafstand. Alles in de buurt. Open leefruimte met bar en eettafel wat gezellig is aangekleed. Tuin is ook fijn. Contact met Erwin (eigenaar) is ook fijn per sms of whatsapp. Top week gehad met opa&oma, 3 kleine kindjes van 4,3 en 2 jaar en 4 volw! Campingbedje stond klaar net als de kinderstoel

Perfect verblijf in luxe woning

Heerlijke skiweek gehad met 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Zeer hulpvaardige host Erwin, die ons altijd hulpvaardig ter zijde stond. Al met al heel professioneel en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Skiliften vlakbij en gletscher op 4 km. Top! Superweek!

Lovely apartment close to restaurants ski bus stop close although only 7 minute walk to ski cable.
