Almost 1,300 inhabitants live in this picturesque mountain village at 1,200 metres above sea level. In summer for hiking, in winter for skiing on Kronplatz, one of the best ski areas in Europe, which can be reached directly from St. Vigil by lift.

The main town of Enneberg is also home to the Nature Park House, where visitors can find fascinating information on the formation of the Dolomites, fossils, Alpine pastures and the Conturines cave bears. From San Vigilio di Marebbe, the legendary mountain world of the Dolomites is close enough to touch - and what's more, you are right in the middle of it.
