Superb views of the Barra da Tijuca beach, Atlantic ocean and Marapendi Lake.
Spacious condo with 1300 square feet - 130 m2. approximately.

Conveniently located close to Shopping Malls, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and more.

The condo counts with 3 bedrooms 2 baths. one of the bedrooms is a suite. the 2nd bedroom is across the hallway from the 2nd bathroom. the 3rd bathroom is located at the end of the kitchen.
I posted several pictures so it is possible for the guest to understand the floor plan.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out and dispose of it in the dump shoot located in the garbage room to the hall outside the kitchen door.
Please turn off the air conditioning, TV and fans and wash dirty dishes.
Please xlean toilet seats in case of dirtiness. We do not charge cleaning fee as our guests are the best.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before entering the condo, remove sand from feet and beach chairs etc in the building sauna shower. Please ask for a key at the front desk.
At the latest 4 days before check-in, please provide me with a picture of a piece of ID.
