Only the cardholder is the person authorize to give the keys at check in. Please provide your ID.
Check in time: 4:00 pm and Check out 11:00 am. (Sonora time, Mexico) If there is something wrong with the unit upon arrival, please notify our office (Casago) within the first 20 minutes. (This includes cleaning problems).
Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid removing any items from the condo. Everything is inventoried and any damage, breakage or loss will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damage immediately upon arrival.
Deductions will also be made for leaving lights and air conditioning on and/or for leaving doors and windows open or without insurance. Lost keys are charged at $35.00 USD.
A deep cleaning service will be provided (and charged to guests) after your departure. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify the office.
1. Please return all keys to the unit upon departure to avoid a key replacement fee. 2. Your departure is at 11:00 am. So please return the keys at that time, with your personal belongings outside the condo. At any time after that, we will charge your credit card for the additional time. Any departure after 4:00 pm will be charged for an extra night. It is very important that you notify the office of late checkout or additional nights, as we may have other reservations for the same condo and need to accommodate your needs at another property. 3. Abusive, aggressive or unruly behavior by any guest will not be tolerated. 4. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and will result in an additional cleaning charge. 5. In case of monthly rents, electricity will be paid by the guest, it is not included in the rent. 6. It is forbidden to hang clothes or towels on the glass railings on the balconies. 7. It is forbidden to remove furniture from the common area. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture inside the property. 8. Please turn off the air conditioning units when leaving. Failure to do so will result in charges to your account. 9. Please ensure patio doors are closed when air conditioning units are on. Reduced power consumption will help keep costs down. 10. Rental rules and regulations
1.Information is required for all vehicles entering the property. Providing this information is mandatory. Only two vehicles authorized. 2. The person, who signs the agreement, must to stay in the property only the period of time established in the rental agreement. The maximum number of renters is 12 people (including children) per property. 3. All the renters must to be registered in the gate when they arrive to the neighborhood and when they left. They must to let the guard to check the car and the persons inside of it. All the vehicles must to be registered in the rental agreement. 4. Only the persons who are registered in the rental agreement will have access to the neighborhood. 5. Only the vehicles that are registered in the rental agreement will have access to the neighborhood. 6. Only two cars per property will be allowed to access to the neighborhood. The entry will be denied if it does not have a visitor badge on the vehicle. 7. The vehicle must not block streets, sidewalks or garages of another property. 8. No ATV's, RV's, rinos or razors allowed in the streets of the neighborhood (unless you have them in your house and you want to go out of the neighborhood and the speed allowed is 20 km/hr) 9. No music allowed before 10:00 am and after 11:00 pm, NO ALIVE MUSIC ALLOWED. (Group or bands). 10. No pets allowed 11. Please do not litter, help us to keep the beach and the street clean. You must throw the garbage in the 5 cans that there are in the neighborhood. 12. No tents allowed inside of the neighborhood. 13. No glass allowed in the beach area.
VERY IMPORTANT ADVICE: Any verbal or physical aggression against the guard (s), no matter what, will result in leaving the neighborhood immediately. If they object, the municipal authorities will be asked to carry out the corresponding work.
Marina real is a private place. The owners are mostly of Mexico, the united states and Canada.
If you are not respected the following rules, will be forced to leave the property.
