Surrounded by vineyards from the great St. Emilion and Pomerol sites, the house is located in a small, picturesque village in an idyllic setting at the foot of the castle of Pujols sur Dordogne.
The quarry stone house was renovated in 2011 and is characterised by its original character. It is furnished in typical local style without compromising on modern living comfort. Guests naturally have free high-speed internet access and satellite TV. The house has two separate accommodation units with separate entrances. However, both flats can also be used via a connecting door. The holiday flats can be booked at any time of year.
Both flats have their own separate terraces and gardens, which are not visible thanks to the design of the house. Car parking spaces are available on the property.
Enjoy the original French cuisine during your holiday and get to know wine-growing and oyster farming. Explore the region on extensive cycle tours or hikes. Head to the extensive sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast, which are easily accessible, take a detour to the surrounding lakes or discover the exciting city of Bordeaux. You can do your shopping in the village shop in Pujols. The town of Castillon is six kilometres away. There are more shops, supermarkets, bars and cafés there.
This 150 m² flat offers space for four to a maximum of six people. It has an open-plan living and dining area of around 70 m² with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a fireplace and a free-standing cooking island with gas hob, which invites you to cook together. Two large bedrooms (30 m²) with double beds are located on the ground floor and first floor. Another bedroom with a double bed is located on a sleeping platform under the roof. The upper rooms are more suitable for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
