The rate for electricity is $0.55 per kWh. Average consumption is approximately $20 per night (40 kWh). For stays longer than 7 nights, an interim cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. A 7% tourist tax will be added to the total price of the nights. During the holiday period from December 20th to January 5th, it is only possible to book a stay of 10 nights.
