Take a stop at `Fred’s` on the original Route 66!This brand new California-style loft is perched above a classic car museum. The pristine interior is light-filled & very spacious. Enjoy comfortable beds; in unit washer/dryer, private parking (2). The rooftop deck is equipped with a BBQ & firepit and offers views of the mountains & nearby park. Conveniently located to shopping,transit & City of Hope.

This property is located on a second level and only accessible by stairs.
There is a neighboring unit.
The property is above a commercial space that can be used for commercial filming/events.
There is a park across the street from the property and it is also adjacent to Shamrock Blvd.
HOUSE RULES

1. GUEST REGISTRATION/OCCUPANCY LIMITS
Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons.
Day visitors must be pre-approved.
No unregistered overnight guests.

2. PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS
No parties, events, commercial activities, or gatherings without written approval.
Excessive noise, DJ equipment, or amplified outdoor sound is prohibited.
Decorations requiring tape, nails, confetti, glitter, or structural alterations are prohibited.

3. NOISE & QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours: 11PM to 8AM.
Outdoor noise must remain respectful at all times.
Local city noise ordinances must be followed.
Repeated noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.

4. SMOKING POLICY
No smoking/Vaping allowed on the property.
Guests may do so on public property

5. PETS (IF APPLICABLE)
Pets allowed only if disclosed and approved.
Pet stay fee applies: $150
Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
Guests must clean up all pet waste.
*For the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that pets be well-behaved and not aggressive, destructive, or excessively noisy during the stay.

6. DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Stained linens, towels, furniture, or rugs may incur replacement charges if restoration is not possible.
Furniture may not be rearranged without permission.
Missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

7. SECURITY CAMERAS & MONITORING DEVICES
Exterior security cameras may be present and disclosed in the listing.
Cameras are not located in private areas.
Tampering with monitoring equipment is prohibited.

8. PARKING RULES
Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
No street blocking or neighbor driveway obstruction.
Street Parking; Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all street signs and following street parking restrictions if applicable.
No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles unless approved.

9. POOL/SPA/OUTDOOR AMENITIES (IF APPLICABLE)

10. BBQ/FIREPIT/FIREPLACE SAFETY
Clean the BBQ after use.
Do not leave the grill unattended.
Follow all local fire restrictions.
No indoor candles unless permitted.
Fireplaces only if listed as operational.
Do not place any items inside gas-operated firepits. (Including wood, paper, or any flammable items)

11. HVAV & UTILITIES
Doors/windows must remain closed when HVAC is running.
Do not disable smart thermostats or internet equipment.
Thermostat to remain within the temperature parameters of 67°F-
78°F

12. TRASH & CLEANLINESS
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Outdoor disposal bins must be secured using the wildlife securing attachments (If Applicable)
Follow the city trash schedule if staying during collection. (Reference *Disposal Guide)
Excessive trash left behind may incur additional cleaning fees

13. MAINTENANCE & REPORTING
Guests must report damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Failure to report issues that worsen may increase liability.
Do not attempt repairs yourself.

14. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No illegal activity of any kind.
No weapons discharge.
No drug manufacturing or unlawful gatherings.
Violation results in:
Immediate cancellation without refund
Possible law enforcement involvement

15. INDEMNIFICATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Guests agree:
To use property amenities at their own risk.
To hold the host/management harmless for injury not caused by gross negligence.
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
