The open kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and many other high-quality equipment. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A free internet connection is available to you.

In the living room you are not only welcomed by a comfortable seating area, but also a 50 inch TV, Blue-Ray player and a mini stereo system with everything that is popular these days (Blue-Ray, DVD, CD, MP3, USB port, Bluetooth). A children's travel cot, children's plates and children's cutlery are available for our little guests. The children's high chair can be booked directly from PAS.

In the house there is a communal cellar with a sauna (coin-operated sauna), table football and table tennis table, washing machine and dryer. A parking space is available at the house.

Smoking is not permitted!!! Pets are allowed! The garden can be used by all tenants.
