Es fehlte ein Fön, Fernseher ohne ARD und ZDF; Besteck und Geschirr unzureichend; von den "gemütlichen Gartenmöbeln" (zwei Gartenstühle) war einer zerfranst.

Zu den Pluspunkten dieser Wohnung zählt eine nahegelegene Bäckerei und auch sonst gibt es gute Lebensmittel-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dafür, dass die Wohnung an einer Kreuzung liegt, war es erstaunlich ruhig.Nicht so schön fanden wir: manche Türen schlossen schlecht, die meisten Bilder hingen schief, einige Kochutensilien ließen erkennen, was früher einmal damit zubereitet worden ist. Wohlfühlen ist anders, somit war die Wohnung zu teuer.
