The property was very nice but several things are overlooked. I have stayed at many Vrbo's and this is the first time that I have stayed somewhere that the beds and pillows were absolutely miserable in every room. Very cheap quality. None of us had a good nights sleep which definitely affected the enjoyment of our trip.

Very comfortable!

Overall, a nice place to stay. It was a quiet area and easily accessible to and from downtown Estes. Lovely prairie dog colony in backyard that we loved! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. There’s no air conditioning so the master bedroom and kitchen area can get hot. The sofa is well loved and could use an upgrade. My two suggestions would be to add a sun awning to balcony to allow for shade. Otherwise the balcony has full sun all day. And the sheets, towels and toilet paper supplied by the management company are motel quality and awful. The home is well stocked with fans, pack n play, appliances, games, and TVs.
