Vermietet werden (ab 2 Übernachtungen möglich) 3 EZ und 3 DZ in einem gepflegten Freistehenden Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend, davon 3 Zimmer über einen direkten Zugang zum Garten verfügen. Es gibt ein geräumiges Etagenbad mit Dusche, sowie ein separates WC. Im Keller befindet noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Der Preise bei Langzeitvermietung auf Anfrage.

Parkplätze befinden sich am Haus, sowie in der Nebenstraße.
Die Supermärkte und Die Bushaltestelle sind unmittelbar in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Über die Autobahn ca. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen Köln/Bonn, ca. 10 Minuten zum ICE-Bahnhof Siegburg/Bonn.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön, die Gegend sehr leise, von den angrenzenden Häusern haben wir nichts gehört. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, bestens behindertengerecht (für Rollstuhl und Rollator), einzigst zur Terrasse raus eine kleine Türschwelle. WLAN Empfang auch im Garten super. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, aber trotzdem haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Vermieterin Frau Lee war toll! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein bisschen knifflig war das TV Programm. Fernsehprogramme gab es nur über JOY, man sollte sich mit Smart TV und Apps auskennen (aber wer tut das heutzutage nicht).

Herrlicher Garten, Haus schon abgewohnt

Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Garten ist herrlich groß und wunderschön. Für ein langes Wochenende mit 9 Personen viel Platz und OK, aber Ansprüche an Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sollte man daheim lassen. In den vorherigen Jahren scheinen die Vormieter nicht herade zimperlich mit dem Haus und seinen Möbeln umgegangen zu sein. Die besten Jahre des Hauses und seiner Möbel sind vorbei. Das Bad im Untergeschoss ist eine Zumutung, das Erdgeschoss ist OK. Viel Platz zum Parken im großen Hof des Hauses.

Waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Vermieterin war sehr nett. Garten war sehr groß und das Haus sehr schön. Es war ein schöner Aufenhalt!
