Bicycle storage is available in the barn on the same property. The barn also houses a washing machine (for a fee) and a ping-pong table (during the summer months)

1. Insurance records for the house date back to 1820; this section was once a stable with access to the hayloft, which is why the ceilings are higher here.

On the property, there is another thatched-roof house with a vacation apartment and a large barn.

The outdoor grill and garden pavilion are available for all guests to use. Please coordinate among yourselves.

High chairs for children are available upon request.

We use district heating, and when the sun is out, the solar water heating system provides hot water.



The property, set on a large lot, includes a larger and a smaller thatched cottage, a large barn, a garden with perennial beds, a lawn, seating areas, and a garden pavilion with an outdoor grill. It is idyllically situated on the outskirts of the village of Schuby, 2.5 km from the Baltic Sea beach, between Schönhagen and the Baltic Sea resort of Damp. Each lovingly furnished unit has its own separate garden area with a seating area.
The earliest insurance records date back to 1820, meaning the larger house is at least 200 years old. Although it has been repeatedly remodeled and expanded, the low ceilings, crooked door frames, and clay-plastered walls in the 70 m² apartment remain unchanged, serving as silent witnesses to the past…
The small cottage was built in 1992 on the foundation of an old garage.
