THE LIVING ROOM:
”Neptune’s Throne” has plenty of room for relaxing on the huge sectional sofa. Watch your favorite show or movie on the large 50” LED HD flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. There is a Bluetooth radio to connect your tablet, pc, or smart phone. The living room has a collection of movies, games and books. Cozy-up on the window seat and read a book as you overlook the great views.
BEDROOM 1
The “Salty Soul” Master Bedroom is perfect for retreating for some quiet time. The room has a new luxurious King bed, its own specious bathroom (“Mermaid Lagoon”), large closet, 32” LED flatscreen TV and Blu-Ray player.
BEDROOM 2
“Turtle Room” is a fun room with loggerhead décor. This room sleeps four in a full over full bunk bed and two in a twin day bed with a twin trundle. It has direct access to the second bathroom (“Pirate’s Cove”), large closet, 32” LED flatscreen TV, DVD player and a Wii console with a collection of games.
THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked with everything the family chef may need. It is open to the dining and living areas, so the cook never feels left out. There is barstool seating for three. Flat top range, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, bar set, and coffee pot are all included.
DINING AREA:
The “Board Room” is a fun place to sit and eat, surround by surfboards. The table accommodates six and three can sit at the kitchen’s bar top.
High Definition cable service, local phone service, and free wireless Internet are provided.
FOR THE BEACH:
We have provided four beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, boogies boards, beach cart and plenty of toys to play in the sand.
LAUNDRY:
The condo has a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
CONDO COMPLEX AMENITIES INCLUDE:
There are two parking spaces reserved for this condo unit in a covered parking garage with ample extra parking and street parking, if needed. THREE swimming pools open May through September, one pool has an oceanfront swim up bar! A very large hot tub available in the off-season. There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills. Comfy quiet library with plush chairs and great book selection, state of the art exercise room with treadmills, plasma TV's and weights, community and game room with pool table, pinball, video arcade machine and, of course, the big stretch of Atlantic - sand and ocean with no road in front! Condo pools, hot tub and all on site common areas are manage by the local condo association and management including cleanliness, dates of opening and closing, as well as all maintenance.
