The bright, open living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Laundry (washer/dryer) is available for longer stays.
Outside you’ll find a private pool and a spacious yard with plenty of room to park boats and trailers. Fast Wi‑Fi and central air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful—great for relaxing after a day on the Lake

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the air at 75 degrees.
Check carefully to make sure nothing is left behind before closing de door. Please do not leave dirty dishes. Empty the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets allowed with approval. All dogs must be declared at booking. Undisclosed pets incur a $200 fee plus any cleaning or damages.
No smoking inside the property. Evidence of smoke odor will result in a $500 penalty fee.
Cleaning: Please leave the house in decent condition and dispose of trash. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

The host were wonderful and excellent to communicate with. They live 2 blocks over and were available in a flash. The pool is amazing and the town is a blast.
