Holiday home for 12 people. Newly built—5 bedrooms, modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, toaster, microwave, washing machine, grill, coffee maker...).

The house is fenced, and there is a swimming pool in the yard. Parking, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi are provided.
The house is located 700 m from the largest amusement park in Croatia, 2,000 m from the city centre and the beach. Nearby is a lake, which you can visit by bike. The house features a new jacuzzi and an infrared sauna... a playground and a PlayStation 4... Picado... an elliptical trainer and fitness equipment... table tennis and foosball...
