Spacious, cosy, non-smoking holiday home (annex, approx. 90 m2) for up to 6 people + baby/toddler in the heart of “green East Frisia.” The holiday home is surrounded by meadows and fields, so you can enjoy a peaceful holiday. The approximately 90-square-meter holiday home (annex) is spread over the ground and first floors. Through the separate entrance, you enter the foyer with a coat closet. To the left is Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet; straight ahead is the bathroom. Further to the left is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, along with a dining area and access to the covered east-facing terrace with patio furniture. To the right of the hallway is the large living room with another dining area, a corner sofa, and a flat-screen TV. A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor. On the left are the separate bathroom and Bedroom 2 with a single bed (120x200 cm) and a closet. To the right of the staircase are the bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and washing machine (towels included), Bedroom 3 with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers, and Bedroom 4 with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There is enough space in all bedrooms to set up a cot.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. It also provides children with plenty of room to play and run around. Play equipment such as a swing, sandpit, and trampoline—as well as a shared pool during the summer months—are available to ensure the children have an unforgettable holiday. A grill, bicycles (upon request), and a portable clothes dryer are available for your use free of charge. You can order fresh eggs from the property’s own chickens or ducks and fresh milk from the neighbouring farmer.


The property owner also has animals for you to see: 2 pigs, ducks, and chickens.

You can also help feed the chickens and ducks in the afternoons or pick up fresh eggs.

The surrounding area offers a wide variety of excursion and recreational opportunities, all of which are easily accessible via the bicycles provided free of charge.
