Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Seignosse- océan fond du lac" 300 m, sandy beach "Les Estagnots" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: lac d'Hossegor 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden . Das Quartier war top. Eine kleine Anmerkung. Das das Quartier unter Dem Dach war müsste man die Klimaanlage regulieren können. Im Schlafzimmr war es zu heiß. Es war zwar ein Dachfenster vorhanedn was man Nachts nicht auflassen konnte wegen der Gewitter

very clean and recent building, and well equipped apartment on a nice location near to lake. few remarks to mention: 1. the apartment is on north side, so don't expect sun and a lot of natural light during the day. 2. no supermarket and shop is nearby (5min drive) 3. surprisingly this well-equipped kitchen is missing cutlery set which is a must to have

Une quinzaine dans les Landes

Petit appartement bien équipé, agréable résidence bien placée à proximité du lac. Le porte-serviette chauffant de la salle de bain et la commande électrique pour le velux de la chambre à coucher ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas de chauffage à fin octobre c'est pas confortable. Une grande serviette de bain et une petite serviette pour les mains pour 2 personnes et pas de torchon à la cuisine ! Le four n'a pas été nettoyé (spaghetti séchés), le nettoyage en général et salle de bain n'était pas fait.

Splinternieuw appartement in een afgeslotendomein, met beveiligede autostaanplaats . Fijne ligging vlak aan het meer, en zee op wandelafstand . Hossegor en Cap Breton zijn fijne en gezellige dorpjes !
