Featuring a plush queen‑size bed, ensuite bath, and modern kitchenette, our space is perfect for solo travelers or couples. With high-speed Wi‑Fi, & thoughtful amenities to make you’ll feel right at home.
Step outside to discover leafy streets, charming nearby cafés, and easy access to Belgaum’s top sights.

What to expect:
- Newly Studio and bathroom
- New bed, mattress, wardrobe, and linen
- Hot water geyser
- Kettle for hot drinking water
- Cutlery, plates, and bowls
- Free filtered water available.
Additional Services:
- Basic breakfast available at ₹50 per person—must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Guest access
• Guest is warmly greeted and welcomed — arrival anytime after 2 PM
• Shared areas: Guests may use the front lounge and porch area.
• Parking: Free off-street parking available on premises.
