Nossa viagem foi muito boa, vários passeios agradável, realmente tudo bem pertinho do flat, minhas filhas amaram a piscina, e no quarto tinha até netiflix então em quanto a gente se preparava pra saí elas assistiam os desenhos preferido delas, nos gostamos muito, vamos indica vcs sempre que alguém for pra João Pessoa a passeio.

O apartamento é ótimo. Super bem localizado e tudo funcionando direitinho. Exatamente igual como no anunciado. Ao lado do Mag Shopping, de frente para a orla de Manaíra, supermercado dá para ir caminhando, custo benefício vale muito a pena. Como só estavam meu esposo e eu, então o tamanho dele foi ideal para nós. O Sr. Roberto é muito correto e atencioso no trato com o hóspede. Enfim, dias maravilhosos em Jampa.

Gostei muito do lugar. O problema foi a garagem que é subterrânea e o nosso carro arrastava o parachoque. Mas sempre deixávamos o carro nas garagens comerciais d enfrente ao prédio. Lá é muito seguro. Gostei muito.

Flat muito bom para se hospedar em João Pessoa! Super bem localizado, com um shopping do lado!! Supermercados, farmácias, táxi e restaurantes próximos! Ambiente limpo e seguro! O flat é ideal para se hospedar, pois tem vários utensílios para serem utilizados em refeições durante a estadia! Fui muito bem atendido tanto pelos funcionários do flat, quanto pela Sr Roberto e a Sra. Lúcia, ambos sempre esteve disponíveis e solícitos! Em uma oportunidade de retornar à João Pessoa, não tenho dúvidas de que ficarei novamente hospedado neste flat!

Estive no Mardisa Flat com minha família no período de 23 de dez. de 2013 a 02 de janeiro de 2014. éramos 4 pessoas confortavelmente instaladas. Ao lado do shopping, ao lado mesmo, basta atravessar a rua. Com todos os equipamentos funcionando, o pessoal da portaria é bastante atencioso e conhece a região.
