The property itself was great. However, we had no hot water when we got there. I got no reponse from the management company until 48 hours after contacting them. Luckily someone else from the building must of complained because the hot water starting working later the next morning. Professionally management should include around the clock response for critical issues.

Tidy, efficient, and quiet!

We so enjoyed our stay at Papillon. Check in was easy to find right off the train, and key handover took like 10 minutes. The apartment is extremely clean, and was plenty of space for 3 of us for the week. You’re walkable to the Skibus and Sunnegga. We did have problems finding the ski room at first (very bottom floor!) and couldn’t actually get someone on the phone to ask. Also the pillows are FLAT. But overall we had a fantastic stay!

Perfect rental for a family ski trip!

We just returned from a 3 night stay to Zermatt. Our vacation rental, Papillon, was perfect for our family. Best thing is the location....convenient to train station and ski slopes. Take note, there is A LOT of uphill walking in Zermatt. There is one quite steep hill to conquer to get to this house. View was amazing, house was clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were firm, would have liked a top sheet. USB ports were nice to have! No shampoo or body wash. Overall, great stay!!

We loved staying at Haus Papillon in Zermatt! Check in was super easy and quick to find right off the train. The apartment was spotless, and accessible to town with a 10-15 min walk. We came to ski, and though we had trouble finding the ski room the first day (it’s on the very bottom floor), it was really close to Matterhorn Sport Riva to rent our equipment. We mostly got our dinners and breakfasts from Coop (lunch on the mountain) and the kitchen was super well appointed for that. If I had only one complaint is that the bed pillows were flat as boards! It was fine though, since we were exhausted from skiing all day every day. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood but we didn’t feel apart from the hustle of Bahnhofstrasse, and all the ski entry points were really accessible by either walking (Sunnega-Rothorn) or green line ski bus (Gornergrat and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise). The apartment is well thought out and efficient. Thanks for letting us stay!

Séjour très agréable avec vue sur Cervin

"Très bel appartement très bien aménagé. Il y a tous les équipements fonctionnels en excellent état. Vue sur le Cervin, terrasse bien orientée et très agréable." PS: manquent un four micro-ondes et des casseroles petite taille. Une machine à laver le linge collective serait également souhaitable.

Wanderferien

Eine schön und ruhig gelegene Wohnung in der Nähe der Sunnegga-Bahn, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Was fehlt sind unterstützende Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze, Notversorgung an Lebensmitteln wie z.B. Spaghetti, Reis, Öl, Essig, Gewürze, Kleenex, Haushaltpapier und genügend WC-Papier.

Traumhafte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, sauber, ruhig gelegen und mit grossem Balkon mit einem traumhaftem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort vom hektischen Dorfleben in Zermatt.

Cet appartement jouit une magnifique vue sur le Cervin et d'un grand balcon. Il a été rénové avec goût récemment. Il n'est pas très grand mais possède beaucoup d'espaces de rangement, entre autres sous les lits. Il y a une machine à laver et un séchoire dans le local à ski. Il est donc possible de faire des lessives en payant qq francs. Le seul point négatif: les oreillers pourraient être plus gros.

Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und gemütlich. In der Küche hat es alles. Der Balkon ist wunderschön. Leider kein Velokeller. Wir kommen aber unbedingt sehr gerne wieder.

propre et silencieux

Très propre et silencieux. L'immeuble rien de special (les parties communes un peu tristes) mais le petit appartement récemment rénové avec goût. cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée avec des appareils de haute qualité. Bonne douche et salle de bain. Les lits et les matelas sont décents. La deuxième chambre plus adaptée aux enfants. Belle vue sur le Cervin depuis le balcon. 6-7 min du centre (pas sur les chaussures de ski). wi-fi gratuit un peu lent (30 Mbps) mais OK pour 2-3 personnes

Haus Papillon

Très bien en générale, il manquait un sèche cheveux que nous avons reçu le lendemain au Bureau Interhome. Il manquerait dans la cuisine une bouilloire électrique pour chauffer l'eau pour le thé, un grille pain aussi pour évité d'allumer le four pour 4 toasts. Nous aurions aimé avoir quelques capsules à café a notre arriver le temps d'aller faire les courses. Impossibilité d'ajuster le chauffage dans l'appartement, au couché du soleil il faisait froid nous devions garder nos veste Napperons

Ich würde gerne lügen....

Ich würde gerne lügen und die Unterkunft schlechter bewerten - um eine Chance zu haben, diese nochmals zu buchen. Wunderbar, wie auf den Bildern! Einzig das Holz an den Wänden ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht für ganz feine Stoffe geeignet (anlehnen beim Eckbank), aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Küche gut eingerichtet, sogar mit Essig, Öl und einigen Gewürzen, Tee.... Was uns gefehlt hat ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau". Tolle Lage, schöner Balkon. Bequeme Betten, gute Frotteewäsche.

Appartement superbe très bien décoré avec une très belle vue sur le Cervin. Il manquait un caquelon à fondue histoire de se faire une bonne fondue sur le balcon.
