Fabulous 5 Bedroom House with Direct access to Deer Valley and Jordanelle lake,

This newly built Hideout house boasts beautiful views along with mountain and lake access. There are 5 welcoming bedrooms, including 4 king beds and 1 queen bed. Guests will find 5 bathrooms, 1 full, 1 shower/tub, 3 showers. A fitness room with a bunk bed for overflow of children provides a nice multi purpose space. There is also a media/ playroom, a downstairs family room with kitchenette and a main floor living area open to kitchen and dining. There are two laundry rooms, heating and AC, a jacuzzi, an grill, electric window shades and a fully stocked kitchen. In the bar space there is a pebble ice machine and wine refrigerator. The pantry has two refrigerator drawers and the kitchenette has a mini fridge and sink. This home is decorated as a primary residence, not a rental. There is a two car garagewith stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, a wagon, etc. Also, baby /toddler supplies/toys can be made available.
