It’s situated in a large, romantic, fairy-tale garden—in the heart of Weiden, just 3 to 5 minutes from the historic old town. It is a historic house, so the decor reflects this—romantic or slightly rustic. International trains pass by from time to time. Thanks to its convenient location, it’s ideal for guests, holidaymakers, or a romantic getaway for two. For events such as wedding anniversaries and birthdays, a quaint goat and pony stable is available in the garden. Additionally, there are barbecue facilities, a campfire pit, and an oven for roasting suckling pig, baking pizza, and making bread. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The Romantikhäuschen is particularly well-suited for railway enthusiasts who aren’t bothered by occasional noise. A historic gatekeeper’s house built around 1840, where horse-drawn carriages once passed by. It later served as a signal box after the railway was established, and was subsequently converted and restored into a holiday home. It’s particularly well-suited for taking great photos of historic trains. Recreational facilities, the Weiden Thermal Baths, the hospital, biking and hiking trails, bike rentals, and supermarkets are all within easy reach. The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 kitchen-living room. The fully equipped kitchen-living room, complete with a refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and seating area, has everything you could need.
