Welcome to the Zirbe Apartment!
Our house is located on the outskirts of Ellmau at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser.
Whether you’re planning a winter or summer hike, skiing, or biking, our house is an ideal starting point. The bike path also runs right past our house. 
In both winter and summer, the bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from our house.
The apartment features a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. You’ll enjoy the view from the balcony. 
The house also features a sauna that is available to you at any time.

Our apartment is ideal for 1–8 people. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a large double bed. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds that can accommodate a total of 4 people. Upon request, it’s also possible to set up an extra bed or a cot in the apartment, allowing for more than 8 guests. 
The holiday rental has 2 bathrooms, one of which is located inside a bedroom. There are also 2 separate bathrooms. The spacious living area with a separate kitchen is perfect for relaxing.
The holiday rental has a balcony that wraps around the entire floor.



On-site fees: Pets not allowed. No smoking!



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
