Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in a modern high-rise building that was completed in January 2020 and is part of the “Platan Complex” development.
It is a very spacious fifth-floor apartment with two large bedrooms, a living room featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom, with a total area of 54 m² and a balcony where you can spend pleasant moments enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of your favorite wine. The interior features a very original design, with white, green, and black tones dominated by light wood with visible grain and knots, which undoubtedly makes the space more atmospheric and cozy. Large windows give the space a very luxurious, modern character and let in plenty of natural light. Thanks to its functional layout, the apartment can accommodate up to six people. It features high-quality craftsmanship and is a mosaic of various pieces of furniture, details, and textures—it combines several different styles that complement one another, allowing you to create a versatile space full of interesting and original combinations that you’ll surely remember for a long time and that will encourage you to return soon. Guests also have access—for a fee—to a parking space in the neighboring building, which significantly enhances the comfort of your stay and may be particularly desirable for families with children.
In the immediate vicinity of the “Platan Complex” are a gym, a Thai massage studio, and a bike rental shop. Nearby, you’ll find shops such as the Biedronka supermarket and LIDL, as well as a wide variety of dining options at numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, the apartment is located just 700 meters from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany.
