The Space:

Our bright, contemporary studio is designed for comfort and convenience. The open‑plan space features a plush bed, smart TV, high‑speed Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and basic utensils, and we provide a starter kit with toiletries, dish soap, coffee, sugar and bottled water. Linens and towels can be swapped or full cleaning arranged for an extra fee; daily cleaning is not included. Please treat linens and towels with care.



Guest Access:

Check‑in takes place at the building’s reception where you’ll need to show ID. Once registered, you’ll use our biometric access system (fingerprint or facial recognition) to enter the building at any time. By making a reservation, guests agree to this procedure; refunds cannot be given if you decline to register your biometric access.



The Neighborhood:

The studio is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, putting you within minutes of everything. Stroll to the famous 5th Avenue for boutiques, restaurants and nightlife, or walk just a few blocks to the white‑sand beach. The neighbourhood is lively yet safe, with cafés, grocery stores and convenience shops all around. Attractions like the Cozumel ferry pier and Parque Fundadores are a short walk away.



Getting Around:

With such a central location, most places are within walking distance. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive, and nearby bus stops make it easy to reach other parts of town. The ADO bus station and colectivo vans are within a short walk, and BiciPlaya bike‑share stations let you explore the city on two wheels.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib available: A travel cot/crib (with mattress, sheets and blanket) is available for USD 15 per stay. Supply is limited, so please request it in advance and wait for our confirmation to ensure availability.

- Starter kit of essentials: Upon arrival you’ll find a complimentary starter kit with toilet paper, a trash bag for the bin, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water

- Biometric access policy: At check‑in, guests must present ID at reception and enrol in our biometric access system (fingerprint or facial recognition) to enter the building thereafter. By making a reservation you agree to this policy; refunds cannot be provided if you decline to register.

- Linens, towels & cleaning: Linens and towels can be changed for an extra fee; daily housekeeping is not included in the rate. For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly change of linens and towels is mandatory at an additional cost. Please handle linens and towels with care and do not use them to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid extra charges.

- Long‑stay utilities: For bookings of 28 nights or longer, electricity usage is billed separately.

- Parking & quiet hours: On‑site parking is complimentary but subject to availability on arrival. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm, and because the property is centrally located you may hear some street noise. The rooftop pool and gym are shared amenities; please follow building rules and hours of operation. Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the studio.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
