Used blankets from indoor or back room couches should be folded and left on window seat in kitchen so that cleaner knows to wash them.

This is our primary residence, but we enjoy hosting so that we can then use our earnings to travel & improve our properties. (We have another home on a lake in southern Maine where we spend a good portion of the year and host there when we are in LA.) We are both guests and hosts on VRBO, so we understand what makes for a great stay. We have been hosting for 15 years, but unfortunately we went inactive for a few years when we weren’t traveling, so we don’t have any reviews since reactivating. We are consistently 5 star hosts on other platforms.
Why they chose this property
Quiet, serene neighborhood. All our neighbors are super friendly to our guests. Street parking is plentiful & never an issue as everyone had driveways & garages. No apartments on our streets or adjoining streets - all single family homes. Upscale neighborhood. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, 2 grocery stores, cafes, coffee shops, deli, Chipotle Mexican, sushi & nail salon, 10-15 minute car ride to beach. Safe, family friendly recreation area/neighborhood park with big, lovely, clean pool in summer, children's playground, soccer & baseball fields, basketball/tennis courts and walking path is just a block away.
What makes this property unique
Meticulously clean, cozy, bright, comfy. Newly remodeled. Custom, deep, huge couches. Pottery Barn decorative style. Private, garden like yard with plenty of outdoor seating & a table for 8. Feels like a Hamptons or Cape Cod beach cottage.
