About this property

HOLIDAY HOUSE DOP with panoramic view 14 P

We have a beautiful, spacious holiday rental for you in the Sauerland region, near Winterberg, with panoramic views.
It’s a 25-km drive from Winterberg.
Our house is located in a village.

The house is also suitable for 1 or 2 couples and can be rented only during the off-season at a reduced rate.

The surrounding nature is beautiful, and you can spot many birds of prey and deer right from the living room.

There’s a nice playground about 100 metres away. Supermarkets and bakeries are 100 metres away.
There are 3 good restaurants in our village, just a short walk of 400 metres away, where you can eat. The food is quite good and inexpensive.

It’s suitable for spring, summer, fall, and winter.
It’s wonderful for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing year-round.
We have a cosy living room and a large living/dining room.

There are six large bedrooms and one small bedroom; four have two single beds. Two have a double bed, and one has a single bed.

One bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet.
One bathroom upstairs with a shower, sink, and toilet.
In the basement, there’s a toilet with a sink and a bedroom with a shower.

The house has a lot size of 850 m². There is a balcony on the south side. There is also a trampoline in the garden.
Furnished to accommodate 13 adults and 2 children up to 3 years old.
A modern kitchen and all modern amenities.

Holiday in Dodenau, with a swimming pool 150 m away in the summer.
Suitable for 13 people and 2 infants.
Pets are not allowed (dogs, cats, etc.).

The house offers a panoramic view.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Leider hatte die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert. Aber das wird ja sich bald behoben werden.

Entspannen mit Freunden

Wir waren mit 8 Mann dort und ein gemeinsames Wiedersehen zu haben. Schöner Lage nah an der Natur. Schön und ruhig. Größe und Ausstattung des Hauses waren gut.

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz und toller Aussicht. Einfach aber funktional Ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Lebensmittelmarkt. Ein paar Meter weiter ein tolles Steakhaus. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Hatten für den Vermieter nur wenige Verbesserungsvorschläge. Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Rundherum zufrieden

Hat alles gepasst. Gute Ausstattung, Küche, Bäder usw. Hatten viel Spaß mit Billard und Tischkicker. WLAN hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert.

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Wir sind mit 9 Leuten angereist, haben die Gegend erkundet und uns abends beim Kartenspielen die Zeit vertrieben. Die Bilder zeigen ja schon die Küche, die für so viele Leute vielleicht etwas klein geraten ist. Aber wenn man sich etwas arrangiert beim Essen zubereiten, ist das kein Problem. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar im Haus und wir hatten eine super Zeit hier.

Soweit war alles gut.

Grundsätzlich gut aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein und man kann kein Programm empfangen (nur DVDs und Handy sharing möglich). Aber mit einer schönen Terasse und Balkon braucht man den eigentlich auch nicht zwingend.
