Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place all used bed linens in a pile in the laundry room. Place all used towels in a separate pile in the bathroom nearest the laundry room.
Load and start the dishwasher if there are any dirty dishes remaining.
Return all parking passes to the basket in the entryway, ensure the porch door is locked, and return keys to the lockbox out front.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
