The cozy "Eva" vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and, with 85 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 5 people. The spacious living and dining area, which includes the kitchen, has direct access to the patio and garden, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The inviting living area features a pull-out couch bed (sleeping surface: 120 cm x 200 cm) and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen features: a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and a drip coffee maker. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The new bathroom features a walk-in shower with a sink and toilet. Towels, as well as a towel rack and hair dryer, are provided. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. Payment is due in cash on-site or in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please contact us with your exact arrival time. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
