We had a family of 9 staying with us. The grandkids loved it so much they didnt want to leave. The host handled any concerns that arose and was very attentive to our needs. Loved the area. We were able to see deer and even chipmunks. Would definitely rent again

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well kept. Everything we needed was provided, and the home was comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The property was beautiful and perfect for our stay. We especially appreciated how clean and organized everything was. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience. made my birthday so great

The house was beautiful but it just wasn’t clean the sheets were dirty and glass tables had smudge and the carpet had stains. It was worth the price I paid though and the host was attentive Overall good experience

While the property matched the listing photos, we found it to be poorly maintained. Upon arrival, it was evident that the property had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. There were decorations still hanging from the ceiling and dirty dishes with mold in the dishwasher, which caused an unpleasant odor. At our request, the landlord did send someone to clean. All windows had clear packing tape applied around their edges, though the reason was unclear. The upstairs lacked air conditioning, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures during our stay. Although the listing states the property sleeps 10, there are only beds for 8 people (assuming six share three beds), in addition to two twin beds and two couches. The Jack and Jill bathroom did not have proper window coverings, with only plastic partially covering the lower half for privacy. One drawer was missing, and the cabinet doors did not fit properly. In the half bath, the toilet seat was round while the toilet itself was oval, making the seat ill-fitting. Additionally, a closet near the laundry room contained dirty sheets and towels. During our stay, the gas was turned off due to non-payment, resulting in no hot water and cold showers for two days. We were asked to remain at the house to allow a technician access, which caused one of us to miss scheduled graduation activities. On a positive note, the landlord assisted us with reviewing security footage during a family emergency.

We respectfully disagree with several of the statements made in this review, as they do not accurately reflect the circumstances of the stay. In particular, the gas service to the property was never turned off. The issue involved the hot water heater, and a licensed technician was dispatched to diagnose and resolve the matter promptly. Additionally, there appears to have been a misunderstanding regarding our offer of a complimentary future night's stay, which was intended solely as a gesture of goodwill and customer service. It is believed this is what's prompting the negative review. We encourage prospective guests to review the feedback from our many other guests, as those reviews provide a more balanced and consistent representation of the experience we strive to deliver. Our commitment remains focused on providing quality accommodations, responsive communication, and timely resolution of any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
