This fully refurbished 900 sq ft luxury spa suite features beautiful views of Bok Tower Gardens and overlooks a tranquil lake with direct access to a scenic walking trail. Perfectly located for guests visiting The Sugar Barn, Bella Cosa, and Legoland Florida Resort. The suite includes a king bed, queen bed, two pull-out trundle beds, and a convertible sofa bed, plus a spa shower, spa tub, two vanities with makeup station, a 75” TV, floor-to-ceiling lakeview windows, and all-new finishes.

Welcome to Your Luxury Lakeview Spa Suite – Unit D

Step into your fully refurbished 900-sq-ft luxury spa suite, designed for relaxation, space, and elevated comfort. This expansive retreat features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Bok Tower Gardens and the lake, a king bed, queen bed, two pull-out trundle beds, and a convertible sofa bed—comfortably accommodating families, wedding groups, or extended stays.

Unwind in the spa-style shower and soaking tub, enjoy movie nights on the oversized 75-inch Smart TV, or relax at one of two vanities with a dedicated makeup station. The suite showcases all-new floors, curtains, finishes, and furnishings throughout, creating a boutique hotel experience with the privacy of a private retreat.

Your kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and ice maker—perfect for quick meals, snacks, and relaxed mornings before heading out to explore the lake, gardens, or nearby attractions.



About the Layout – Unit D

The suite includes two distinct sleeping areas designed for comfort and privacy. Please note that bathroom access is through one of the sleeping areas, a layout best suited for families or close groups traveling together.

• Peaceful setting: Enjoy lake views, mature landscaping, and direct access to the lakeside walking trail steps from your door.



About the Property

You’re staying in one of five private suites (Units A–E) within a thoughtfully restored multi-unit lakefront retreat. Each suite is fully private with its own entrance and interior living space.

Guests share access to:
• Historic gardens and grounds
• Fire-pit gathering area
• Outdoor seating areas
• Direct access to the lakeside walking trail

Other suites may be completed in phases; any active work is separated from guest areas to maintain privacy and comfort.

Guests have full access to their private suite, a private balcony overlooking the lake, and the gardens and yard areas for outdoor relaxation.

Please note: the pool deck is currently being refinished and is not available for use at this time. The area is safely sectioned off and does not affect access to your suite, balcony, or the surrounding grounds.

My family and I are usually on-site and happy to help with anything you need during your stay. The best way to reach us is through the Airbnb messaging system, and we’ll respond quickly to any questions or issues that come up.

There may also be other guests staying in the neighboring unit, and you’re welcome to interact with them in the shared outdoor or garden areas if you wish.

• The property features its own historic gardens, a peaceful place to stroll and relax. These gardens are being lovingly restored to their original beauty, and guests are welcome to enjoy them throughout their stay.
• This suite is part of a larger home but is fully self-contained with its own private entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience.
• Free on-site parking is provided.
• You may occasionally see local wildlife around the lake and gardens — herons, egrets, ducks, and other friendly Florida natives.
• The 4.5-mile paved Lake Wales walking trail is right outside your door, perfect for walking, jogging, or biking.
• Strong A/C and fast Wi-Fi are provided for your comfort and connectivity.
• The pool area is currently under renovation and will reopen later this year. The area is safely sectioned off and does not affect access to your suite, balcony, or the surrounding gardens and grounds.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable stay for you and future guests, please review and follow the guidelines below.



1. Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

If you need flexibility, please request it in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.



2. Parking

Please park only in the designated parking area assigned to Unit D and leave the driveway clear for other vehicles.
• This reservation includes free parking for one vehicle.
• Due to limited space, additional vehicles must be approved before arrival and are subject to a $15 per vehicle, per night fee.
• Unauthorized or unregistered vehicles may be photographed and charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center.



3. Respect the Peace — No Parties or Events

This is a quiet residential property.
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in a warning, followed by reservation termination without refund if not corrected.



4. Registered Guests Only

Daytime visitors are welcome, but only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

This helps us comply with local occupancy regulations and ensures safety and comfort for everyone.



5. Smoke-Free Property

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including:
• Interior spaces
• Balcony
• Common areas

Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted and may result in additional cleaning charges.



6. Pets

No pets or animals are permitted on the property unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.



7. Balcony Use & Safety (Unit D)
• Balcony use is limited to registered guests only.
• Do not climb, lean over railings, or place furniture against balcony edges.
• No items may be thrown or dropped from the balcony.

This rule is for guest safety and property protection.



8. HVAC / A/C Use

Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.

Running the A/C with doors or windows open may result in additional charges due to system strain and excessive energy use.



9. Furniture & Layout

Furniture, beds, trundle units, and sofas may not be moved or reconfigured without prior approval.

This helps prevent damage and ensures proper cleaning and setup for future guests.



10. Trash & Recycling

Please place trash out the night before Tuesday.

We appreciate your help separating recyclables—clean cardboard and plastic may be placed in the blue recycling bin.



11. Handling Damages

Accidents happen. If something is damaged during your stay, please notify us promptly so we can address it properly.



12. Simple Clean-Up

There’s no need to strip beds or clean floors—we’ll take care of that.
We simply ask that the space be left in reasonable condition.



⏰ Checkout Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
To protect our cleaning schedule and prepare the suite for incoming guests, departures must be on time unless a late checkout is approved in writing in advance.

Late Checkout Fees
• 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Grace Period): No charge
• After 12:00 PM: $40 late-stay fee
• After 1:30 PM: A full additional night will be charged at the current nightly rate

(At 1:30 PM, the unit can no longer be cleaned or re-rented for the day.)



Important Notes
• Cleaners are scheduled immediately after checkout.
• If cleaners arrive and the unit is still occupied, late fees apply automatically.
• Unauthorized late stays result in direct financial loss and prevent same-day turnovers.
• By booking this property, guests agree to all house rules and associated charges.
