Important Things to Note:
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage. Additional parking is available in the parking lot and on the street on a first come, first serve basis.
• This is a four-story townhome—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as the bedrooms.
• Private laundry is available during your stay.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• This home is a sister unit to Music City B & Music City C. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups are encouraged to consider the combined booking options. Music City A&B, Music City A&C, and Music City B&C each provide access to two of the three homes, while Music City Trio is ideal for even larger groups needing access to all three units.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
