In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 500 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Vers-l'Eglise" 1.2 km, railway station 1200 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.8 km. Tennis 3.8 km, minigolf 3.8 km, cable car 3 km, slopes 3 km, ski rental 2.5 km, ice rink 3.8 km. Nearby attractions: Aigle 17 km, Gstaad 25 km, Montreux 34 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les Diablerets 2.5 km, Glacier 3000, Villars. Hiking paths: Les Diablerets. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
