Cozy home in Løgstør with kitchen

This cozy cottage is located on a beautiful end lot in beautiful Trend.



The house is very practically divided. In the main house you will find a living room and kitchen, a good bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. From the kitchen and dining room you have access to a very cozy conservatory, which is heated with underfloor heating. Here the doors can be fully opened, so you have the feeling of sitting on the terrace, but still protected from the wind. A really good base for some nice evenings in summer and winter. From the winter garden you have access to the other part of the house. Here you will find 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a 3/4 bed and a single bunk above - and a nice big bathroom with access to the spa and sauna. From the conservatory you have access to the most beautiful enclosed terrace, where you can spend a cozy barbecue evening. In the shed you will find fishing rods, which can be used free of charge. If you have caught fish for dinner, they can be cleaned under the covered area from the outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water.



The property of the house is beautiful and large, so the children can play well here. In the summer there is also a trampoline.



In the surroundings of Trend there are many places to visit as well as activities. Trend beach is known for the fantastic conditions for kite and wind surfers. There is beautiful nature here and the town of Løgstør on the Limfjord is definitely worth a visit.
