This apartment building on the sunny island of Usedom is located in the beautiful, picturesque, and peaceful Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide. It’s right in the coastal forest behind the dunes. Just 300 metres from the beach, this holiday rental is ready and waiting for your holiday.



The building is newly constructed and offers everything you need for a great beach holiday. The Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide is sure to provide you with a relaxing getaway!

Solid and eco-friendly construction, separate entrance, 1 living room with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV / sitting area with a table and 4 chairs, and a kitchen (equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker...) 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 90 + 90 x 200 cm, 2 single beds, each 100 x 200 cm), 1 shower/toilet, 1 balcony (with patio furniture), parking space next to the house, The apartment is suitable for 4+1 people (child up to 3 years old in a cot); a travel cot and high chair are included in the apartment

Holiday Apartment 4 is located on the 1st floor on the right (east side), where you can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony. There is a separate entrance to the apartment via an outdoor staircase. The cosy living room features a dining area for 4 people and a modern kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are each lovingly furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The parking space is located right next to the house.
The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people (plus a cot).



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Im Winter ist die Ferienwohnung vom Fußboden sehr kalt und ohne Hausschuhe nicht auszuhalten. Sonst eine gute Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte.

Herrlicher Dünenwald

Es war eine schöne Zeit in Trassenheide; kurze Wege zum Strand. Sehr gut für Hundebesitzer: gleich gegenüber ist der Dünenewald. Nicht so schön war (hat aber nichts mit der Fewo zu tun), dass längere Strandspaziergänge tagsüber mit Hund nicht möglich sind (nur 18.00 bis 9.00 Uhr). Ansonsten gerne wieder.
