Description 
An attractive, modern apartment near the slopes and the bike park. Completely renovated. The living room has an adjacent spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sun. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, such as an oven, refrigerator with freezer and toaster. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed and there is a bunk bed. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a toilet, sink and shower. The entire apartment has wifi. You can also use the complex's wellness facilities such as sauna, swimming pool and sun roof. The city center with restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in five minutes.

The complex is located directly at the entrance of the ski area and the hiking trails. The apartment can be found on the 6th floor. There is a parking space available in front of the house. There is an elevator in the complex. On the roof is a large roof terrace, where you can bbq and sunbathe. A bicycle rack, ski storage, indoor pool, sauna and relaxation room is available and can be used free of charge. For a fee, you can use a solarium, washing machine and dryer. Also available for general use is a children's playroom, table tennis table, dartboard, shuffleboard and table football game. With the SauerlandCard, which you get for free when booking, you can take advantage of free bus and train transport.

Surroundings 
The accommodation is close to the ski area and a few minutes' walk from the Erlebnisberg Kappe with the bob track, the bike park, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. The center of Winterberg is equipped with many shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and can be reached within a few minutes' walk. There is a wide range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of Winterberg.

Great location and place to stay

The appartment is located directly opposite of the main skiing area. It contains everything you need for a pleasant (short) stay. Check in and check out was easy and well organised

Appartement is zoals beschreven. Inchecken was even wennen, er is geen receptie. Je moet een app downloaden zodat je een deur kan openen en dan een locker. Ingewikkeld is het niet, maar wanneer je hier onbekend mee bent, dan is het wennen. In de mail is alles goed uitgelegd.Ik had van te voren een paar vragen en had een bericht gestuurd naar de eigenaar. Daar kwam geen reactie op. Bellen is dan sneller. De wifi deed het eerst niet ( met 2 tieners, is dat wel handig), gebeld en er kwam iemand langs die het vervolgens opgelost heeft. Uitzicht is prachtig. Het is een appartement voor max 4 personen en dat is ook zo. Buiten zitten is heerlijk, er waren 2 stoelen voor buiten, zie dan wel liever 4 stoelen en een klein tafeltje, zodat iedereen tegelijk lekker buiten kon zitten. Omgeving is ook schitterend. Zwembad was heerlijk!Toen wij vertrokken hebben wij schoongemaakt, als tip voor de eigenaar geef ik graag mee dat de stofzuigerzak geleegd mag worden, die stonk naar natte hond! Wij zijn alleen maar uit eten geweest, dus geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken naast thee zetten. De koelkast is mooi ruim en kun je veel in kwijt.
